Muddle lime juice, honey syrup, and mint in a cocktail shaker. Add Joseph Magnus Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Thatcher’s Organic Mango Liqueur, mango juice, and ice. Cover and shake well for about 20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass, and top with the ginger ale. Garnish with mint leaves.

Magnus Mango Whiskey Mojito
2 oz Joseph Magnus Straight Bourbon Whiskey
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Mango Liqueur
2 oz lime juice
1 oz honey syrup
4-6 mint leaves
3 oz ginger ale
3 oz mango juice

Bourbon Bouquet
1.5 oz Joseph Magnus Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz orange curacao (Grand Marnier or triple sec)
3 oz ginger beer
1 oz grapefruit juice
Place half a scoop of ice into a cocktail shaker and add the Joseph Magnus Cigar Blend Bourbon, vermouth, cherry liqueur, and bitters. Stir for 30 seconds, or until well chilled. Strain into a lowball glass with no ice. Smoke the cocktail with cherry wood chips and a glass or bowl over the cocktail. Allow the cocktail to be smoked for at least one minute. Serve with smoke rolling off the top.

Smoked Cigar Blend Bourbon Cocktail
2 oz Joseph Magnus Cigar Blend Bourbon
.5 oz Silvio Carta Vermouth di Sardegna Rosso
.5 oz Condessa Black Cherry Liqueur
2 dashes of smoked orange bitters
3 maraschino cocktail cherries, garnish
Cherry wood chips

Rosemary Whiskey Fizz
2 oz Joseph Magnus Straight Bourbon Whiskey
2 oz cranberry juice
.5 oz orange juice
Dash ground cinnamon
1 tbsp rosemary simple syrup
Ice
Rosemary sprig, garnish

Black Pumpkin
4 oz Joseph Magnus Bourbon Whiskey
1 tbsp maple syrup
3 oz water
2 oz pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp activated charcoal
Dash of salt
2 oz apple cider
Ginger ale to top

.5 oz extra dry vermouth
2.5 oz Joseph Magnus Vigilant Navy Strength Gin
3 green olives
.5 oz blue cheese

.5 oz dry vermouth
Cocktail onion, garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup (or sugar cube). Shake vigorously until well chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain the liquid into a champagne glass and top with Champagne.
Take a lemon slice and cut off the lemon rind so that you have one long continuous strip of lemon peel. Twist your lemon peel into a tight curl and hold it for a few seconds to retain the shape. Garnish your glass with the lemon twist.
