1.5 oz Joseph Magnus Vigilant District Dry Gin
1.5 oz orange juice
1 tsp grenadine
1 tsp simple syrup
1 tsp absinthe

Bee’s Knees
2 oz Joseph Magnus Vigilant Navy Strength Gin
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz honey syrup
Lemon twist, garnish
In a cocktail shaker, add Joseph Magnus Vigilant District Dry Gin, pineapple juice, agave syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, and egg white and dry shake. Add ice and shake until well blended and chilled. Double strain into a highball with fresh ice. Top with soda water and dehydrated lime wheel.

Joe’s Vacation Fizz
1.5 oz Joseph Magnus Vigilant District Dry Gin
1 oz pineapple juice
.75 oz agave syrup
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz lime juice
1 egg white
2 oz soda water
Dehydrated lime wheel, garnish
In a shaker tin with ice, combine Joseph Magnus Vigilant District Dry Gin, Salers Aperitif, Yellow Chartreuse, grapefruit juice, simply syrup, and saline and shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit peel and rosemary sprig

Sailor’s Hand
1.5 oz of Joseph Magnus Vigilant District Dry Gin
.5 oz Salers Aperitif
.5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1 oz grapefruit juice
.5 oz simple syrup
2 dashes of saline
2 oz soda water
Grapefruit peel, garnish
Rosemary sprig, garnish

The Bay of Pigs
1.5 oz Joseph Magnus Vigilant Navy Strength Dry Gin
.75 oz lime juice
.5 oz muscovado syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
6 mint leaves
2 oz Champagne
Mint sprig, garnish
Chill a coupe glass by adding ice and soda water to the glass. Set aside. In a shaker tin, add all the ingredients and dry shake until well combined. Add ice to the shaker and wet shake until chilled. Strain ingredients from the shaker into the chilled coupe. Garnish with a lightly toasted rosemary sprig.
