Gin is not just for warm days and icy highballs anymore. Although traditionally categorized as a summer spirit, the juniper derived gin performs excellently as a base for refined winter cocktails. Paired easily with a variety of seasonal spices and aromatics, gin is a bold and sophisticated choice for the cold winter cocktails that stands out from the rest.
