Murray Hill Club Bourbon Whiskey
Nose: Sweet, light, predominantly vanilla, and caramel toffee
Palette: Heavy butterscotch note, light honey, some toffee, baking spices, and a hint of black pepper
Finish: Long, nice, and beautiful. Has the entire mouth coating feeling.

Joseph Magnus Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Nose: Lovely sweet nose, flowers and red berries
Palette: Baking spice, brown sugar, tobacco, cedar, and plums
Highlights:
“Like smelling an old cigar box.”
“Gears more towards a geek whiskey.”
“Pair it with a mild to medium cigar, it’s a perfect compliment to a cigar and it brings it together”
“Or pair it with a bacon sandwich.”
