Father’s Day Cocktails
Amaretto Sour
This cocktail once graced the bartop regularly, but has since faded from such prominence. It’s still a favorite, though, with bourbon used in place of a sweet and sour mix below.
- .75 oz Joseph Magnus Bourbon
- 1.5 oz amaretto liqueur
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon rich simple syrup
- .5 ounce egg white
- Lemon twist, 2 branded cherries, garnish

- 1.5 oz Joseph Magnus Vigilant Distinct Dry Gin
- 1.5 oz dry vermouth
- 1 dash maraschino liqueur
- 1 dash absinthe
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters

- 2-3 teaspoons honey
