Mr. Magnus McGuinness
- 1.5 oz Joseph Magnus Bourbon
- .75 oz Guinness reduction syrup
- .1 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz honey syrup
- 4 mint leaves, garnish
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into rocks glass. Add big ice cube and garnish with mint sprig.
Celtic Grasshopper
- 1 oz Joseph Magnus Bourbon
- 1.5 oz Bailey’s
- .5 oz Crème de Cacao
- .5 oz Fernet Branca Menta
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Hurricane glass. Add crushed ice and garnish with mint sprig.
Irish Damsel
- 1.5 oz Murray Hill Club Bourbon
- .5 oz Triple Sec
- 1 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Combine ingredients in shaker. Dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into Coupe.
Luck of the American-Irishman
- 2 oz Joseph Magnus Bourbon
- 1 oz Bailey’s
- .5 oz Creme de Menthe
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Coupe. Garnish with shaved Andes Mints.
Irish Fix
- 2 oz Murray Hill Club Bourbon
- 2 teaspoons Irish Mist
- .25 oz simple syrup
- .5 oz lemon juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into rocks glass. Add big ice cube and garnish with lemon and lime segment.
