- 5 dashes Angostura bitters

- 1.5 oz Magnus Vigilant District Dry Gin
- .5 oz vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Top with tonic water
- Strawberry, grapefruit wheel, lemon wheel, cucumber slices, or lavender sprig, garnish

Elderflower Gin and Tonic
Classic gin cocktails with a floral element.
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Spirits Elderflower Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Joseph Magnus Vigilant Navy Strength Gin
- .25 oz fresh lime juice
- .25 oz fresh lemon juice
- Tonic water, to top
Combine ingredients in rocks glass. Add ice and garnish with lime wedge.
Strawberry Aperol Gin Fizz
Fruity and fizzy and frankly spectacular.

- .75 oz strawberry simple syrup
